Due to being the top United Kingdom technical partner of 3M, the RITE-LOK is the latest product to be added to the product range of RW Greeff. From providing advanced process solutions, to general everyday use, the product range is suitable for many purposes.

1. Anaerobic Adhesives - high performing single component adhesives designed for engineering. This adhesive cures in the adsence of air whilst in the presence of parts which are metal. There are a wide range of adhesives around with various strengths and viscosities. Some of the application categories that the products are split into are gasket making, retaining and threadlocking.

2. Cyanoacrylate Adhesives - High specification single component adhesives that cure based on traces of moisture found on surfaces. Commonly referred to as superglues, cyanoarcrylates bond on a variety of substrates including metals, plastics, rubbers, wood and ceramics.

The Cyanoacrylate range must meet a number of precise bonding guidelines. These are that they should be high temperature resistant, toughened for rubber, have a low odour level, capable of bonding metals and be low bloom.

3. UV Curing Adhesives - Created to be high performing, these are a single component adhesive. They are designed to cure when subjected to ultra violet lighting. They can cure very quickly, often within seconds to create an invisible bond line and become very strong. Ultra violet adhesives will bond most types of glass, plastic and metal substrates when there is a minimum of 1 surface that lets penetration of ultra violet light.

UV curling adhesives come in a number of various viscosities and their curling properties allow them to be used in a number of applications. Standard everyday uses are the bonding of electronic potting, medical profession devices as well as the bonding of glass furniture.

4. Structural Adhesives and High Temperature Sealants - Structural adhesives provide a new range of application specific products that perfectly compliment the existing 3M structural adhesives portfolio.

Silver loaded epoxy adhesive is made to create electronically conductive bonds which makes them well suited to a number of electrical and electronic purposes. 2 part epoxy putty is good for MRO applications for example the urgent repair of piping and castings. SA30 is a no-mix acrylic adhesive which is made up of two parts and can offer a handling strength in around ninety seconds. It can also be used on many plastics. The perfectly suited use for this is the signage market. It is also possible to get silicone sealants which are able to bond up to two hundred and sixty degrees C.
